Just imagine, even a rotting corpse, unpleasant to the eye and offensive to the nose, still attracts a swarm of flies that devour it until only bones are left. How powerful must that kind of charm be?

“Hêu” in the Isan dialect means “Cemetery”, so “Ka Tom Hêu” (Crows Swarming The Cemetery) is the name of an occult art rooted in the imagery of crows feeding in graveyards. It is considered a rare and potent branch of the Sarika magical tradition, which has long been renowned for its power in charm, attraction, and seduction. This particular form of magic is known for its intense and hard-to-resist allure, so powerful that it’s often said: “Even a rotting corpse still attracts crows to swarm around it.”

The creation of the Graveyard Crow Takrud (Takrud Ka Tom Hêu) traditionally must be performed in a graveyard, according to ancient manuscripts. The ritual involves numerous secret rites and occult techniques. However, in modern times, performing such ceremonies in actual cemeteries has become increasingly difficult due to societal changes. Arjarn O Sakda has adapted the process by calculating the most auspicious time using the secret method of "Kamajan" (the path of lust), to inscribe the takrud during rare moments that are considered the peak of sensual energy. These moments are extremely rare and difficult to come by.
