"Four Noble Truths Buddha" is an amulet filled with Buddhist art and deep Dharma puzzle. In front, there are two Buddha images sitting on four deer with one head. The Buddha image on the left is an idol of "Buddha" refer to Buddhism today which is the religion of Gautama Buddha. The Buddha image on the right is an idol of "Bodhisattva" refer to Buddhism in the future which is the Bodhisattva who will attain enlightenment as a Buddha. While "Four Deer With One Head" refer to Buddhism in the past 2,000 years ago which Buddhism prospered to the maximum during the reign of Ashoka the Great. When all three are combined together, it means Buddhism is a religion that flourishes in the beginning, in the middle and in the end, with the dharma teachings of the Buddha which is always true whether in the past, present or future called "Akāliko".

"Four Deer With One Head" also refers to the "Satipatthana",the establishment of mindfulness and the "Four Noble Truths", the truths or realities for the spiritually worthy ones namely Dukkha, Samudaya, Nirodha, and Magga which is the way of cessation of suffering. This four deer with one head image is considered to be one of the oldest enigmatic religion figure. It is a symbol of one-way prosperity. It is also the emblem of "LP.Kong, the Khunpaen's master" as well. It is an important archaeological evidence of Buddhism. It represents a glorious civilization in the past. It appears within the architecture of temples, religious sites along the Silk Road in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and China.

One of the most famous four deer with one head architecture is inside the "Ajanta Caves" of Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. Ajanta Caves is known as the most beautiful, amazing and oldest Buddhist cave temple in the world. Built around 350 B.E. The interior is filled with intricate stone carvings related to Buddhism. There are pagodas, Buddha images, and stories in the history of the Buddha.
