พระปิดตาพิมพ์กรมหลวงชุมพร, “พระราชสิริวัชรรังษี” หลวงพ่อท่านเจ้าคุณชำนาญ อุตฺตมปญฺโญ, วัดชินวรารามวรวิหาร, จ.ปทุมธานี
สุดยอดพระปิดตาแห่งเมืองปทุม จากมวลสารในตำนานเก่าแก่กว่า 100 ปี ทั้งยังมีที่มาที่ไปไม่ธรรมดา พระปิดตารุ่นนี้ "จิ๋วแต่แจ๋ว" เล็กพริกขี้หนู มวลสารดี พุทธคุณเด่นด้านเมตตา เสริมดวง หนุนชะตา โชคลาภ ค้าขาย และป้องกัน พุทธคุณครอบจักรวาล เห็นเล็กๆแบบนี้ แต่ต้องบอกว่าอย่าได้มองข้ามเชียว ลูกศิษย์ลูกหาหลวงพ่อต่างมีพระปิดตารุ่นนี้ไว้บูชาแทบทั้งสิ้น และส่วนใหญ่ก็เลี่ยมทองกันทั้งนั้น เพราะอะไรต้องลองศึกษาไปด้วยกัน
เมื่อคราวที่วัดบางกุฏีทองได้ทำการดีดพระอุโบสถหรือยกโบสถ์นั้น ทางวัดพบพระพุทธรูปบรรจุอยู่ใต้ดิน พระพุทธรูปนี้แตกหักชำรุดหลายองค์ หลวงพ่อชำนาญ อุตฺตมปญฺโญ ท่านได้ให้นำขึ้นมาบูรณะซ่อมแซม ส่วนที่ชำรุดแตกหักก็นำมาประกอบใหม่ให้สมบูรณ์เป็นองค์พระ ส่วนผงหรือชิ้นส่วนเล็กๆที่ไม่สามารถซ่อมแซมได้ หลวงพ่อท่านจึงได้นำมาเป็นมวลสารสำหรับพระปิดตารุ่นนี้
มวลสารรุ่นนี้ดีจริง และมีประวัติความเป็นมาเก่าแก่ เพราะอยู่ใต้โบสถ์เป็นเวลานาน ผ่านพิธีการสำคัญนับครั้งไม่ถ้วนทั้งพิธีอุปสมบท พิธีปลุกเสก หรือพิธีพุทธาภิเษกหลายวาระมาร่วม 100 ปีหลวงพ่อชำนาญท่านได้นำพระปิดตาพิมพ์กรมหลวงชุมพรมาถอดพิมพ์ เพราะอย่างที่ลูกศิษย์ท่านทราบกันดีว่า 1 ในครูพระทั้ง 5 ของหลวงพ่อชำนาญ คือ "หลวงปู่ศุข วัดปากคลองมะขามเฒ่า"ที่แม้แต่ "พระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ กรมหลวงชุมพรเขตอุดมศักดิ์ (เสด็จเตี่ย)" ยังทรงเลื่อมใสศรัทธาและฝากองค์เป็นลูกศิษย์
หลวงพ่อชำนาญจึงได้นำมวลสารข้างต้นมากดเป็นพระปิดตา เป็นพิมพ์เดียวกันกับที่เสด็จเตี่ยเคยสร้างถวายหลวงปู่ศุข โดยใช้เนื้อมวลสารเก่าล้วนๆ ผสมปูนแค่พอประสานให้มวลสารยึดเกาะกันไว้เป็นองค์พระเท่านั้น ด้านหลังมีโค๊ดรูปดอกบัวเป็นสัญลักษณ์ทุกองค์ พระปิดตารุ่นนี้สร้างไว้ประมาณ 1 บาตรพระเท่านั้น สมัยก่อนในปี 2556 ตอนพระออกมาแรกๆ หลวงพ่อได้นำออกมาให้กับผู้ที่ถวายสังฆทานชุดใหญ่ (2000 บาท) ถึงจะได้พระปิดตากรมหลวงชุมพร 1 องค์ โดยตอนที่หลวงพ่อชำนาญท่านมอบพระปิดตาให้แก่ผู้ที่มาร่วมทำบุญ ท่านได้กล่าวว่า "อยากได้อะไรอธิษฐานเอา ขอได้ทุกอย่าง"
พิธีปลุกเสกพระปิดตารุ่นนี้ หลวงพ่อชำนาญท่านนำเข้าพิธีพุทธาภิเษกใหญ่ในพระอุโบสถ โดยนิมนต์พระทั่วจังหวัดปทุมธานี ๑๐๘ รูปมาร่วมสวดมนต์ ในพิธีครั้งนั้นได้เกิดการณ์อัศจรรย์ต่อหน้าผู้ที่มาร่วมพิธี กล่าวคือ ท้องฟ้าครึ้มเหมือนฝนจะตก แต่ไม่มีฝนตกเชื่อกันว่าหากพิธีพุทธาภิเษกใดมีเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้เกิดขึ้น วัตถุมงคลในพิธีก็จะมีอานุภาพห้ามฟ้า ห้ามฝน ค้ำดวงอุ้มชีวิตผู้บูชาไม่ให้ตกไม่ให้ต่ำได้
จึงนับได้ว่า วัตถุมงคลที่นำเข้าพิธีพุทธาภิเษกครั้งนี้สำคัญนัก หากนำไปหมั่นบูชา จะให้ผลทางด้านเสริมดวง หนุนชะตาด้วย อีกทั้งเป็นพิมพ์พระปิดตาด้วยแล้ว เชื่อมั่นว่าให้ผลทางด้านโชคลาภด้วยอีกเช่นกัน พระปิดตารุ่นนี้จึงดีนอกดีใน จากมวลสารและพิธีพุทธาภิเษก ควรค่าแก่การนำไปเลี่ยมทอง อาราธนาบูชาติดตัวเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
Prince Chumphon Phra Pidta by "Phra Rajsiri Wachararangsi" Luang Por Than Chao Khun Chamnan Uttamapanyo, Abbot of Wat Chinwararam Worawihan (Royal Monastery), Pathum Thani Province.
The legendaryPhra Phidta of the lotus city, made from special materials over 100 years old, with a remarkable and extraordinary history behind it. This Phra Pidta is "Small But Mighty." It is made from high-quality materials and is especially revered for its qualities of compassion, enhancing fortune, supporting destiny, bringing prosperity, aiding business, and providing protection. Despite its small size, it embodies a vast array of Buddhist virtues. Many of Luang Por Chamnan's disciples have this particular Phra Pidta as their amulet, with most choosing to encase it in gold. The reasons for this can be explored in the interesting details below.
When Wat Bangkutithong was in the process of dismantling or relocating the ordination hall, the temple discovered several Buddha statues buried underground. These statues were broken and damaged into several pieces. Luang Por Chamnan instructed that the statues be brought up and restored. The damaged parts were carefully reassembled to form complete Buddha statues. As for the powder or small fragments that could not be repaired, Luang Por Chamnan used them as materials to create the amulets of this Prince Chumphon Phra Pidta.
The materials used in this edition are truly exceptional and have a long history. They were buried under the ordination hall for many years, undergoing countless important ceremonies, including ordination rites, blessing ceremonies, and several Buddha consecration ceremonies, spanning almost 100 years. Luang Por Chamnan chose to use the Phra Pidta Phim Krom Luang Chumphon as the model for this edition because, as his disciples well know, one of his five revered teachers was "Luang Pu Suk of Wat Pak Khlong Makham Thao," who was deeply revered by "His Royal Highness Prince Chumphon Khet Udomsak (Sadet Tia, Krom Luang Chumphon)." The prince held a deep faith in Luang Pu Suk and even entrusted him as his spiritual teacher.
Thus, Luang Por Chamnan used these sacred materials to create the Phra Pidta amulet in the same mold that was once made by Prince Chumphon for Luang Pu Suk. The amulet was made entirely from the old materials, with just enough binding agent added to hold the ingredients together using lime. The back of each piece bears a lotus flower symbol as a mark of authenticity. Only about one monk's alms bowl worth of these Prince Chumphon Phra Pidta was created. In 2013, when the amulets were first released, Luang Por Chamnan distributed them to those who made monk's offerings (2,000 baht) for the temple, and they would receive one Prince Chumphon Phra Pidta in return. When Luang Por Chamnan gave the Prince Chumphon Phra Pidta to those who came to make offerings, he said, "Whatever you wish for, make a wish. You can ask for anything."
The consecration ceremony of this Prince Chumphon Phra Pidta was held by Luang Por Chamnan, who brought the amulets to be part of a grand Buddha consecration ceremony inside the ordination hall. He invited 108 monks from throughout Pathum Thani province to join in the chanting. During this ceremony, a miraculous event occurred in front of the attendees: the sky became overcast, as if it were about to rain, but no rain fell. It is believed that when such an event happens during a consecration, the amulets blessed in that ceremony will have the power to stop storms and rain, protecting the fate and life of the wearer, preventing them from falling or suffering misfortune.
It can be said that the amulets blessed in this Buddha consecration ceremony are very significant. If regularly worshipped, they will enhance one's fortune and support their destiny. Moreover, being in the form of a Phra Pidta, it is believed to also bring prosperity and good luck. Therefore, this Prince Chumphon Phra Pidta is special both in terms of its materials and the blessing ceremony it underwent. It is highly worthy of being encased in gold and carried as an amulet for personal devotion and protection.
